186 flats and 15 commercial units on high profile regeneration site adjacent to Wembley Central in the London Borough of Brent. Part 3, 6, 13 and 18 storey mixed-use scheme on existing open site. Waldrams successfully persuaded planning officers and planning committee to support the obtaining of planning permission where the scheme caused substantial reductions in daylight and sunlight as the existing site is open. Supported the design evolution of the scheme to reduce daylight and sunlight impacts by manipulating positioning and height of the scheme massing.
