Radiance Studies show the actual lit appearance of rooms to prove the acceptability of the daylight, thus showing were an actionable Rights of Light injury has been caused or to illustrate how the human eye may experience and perceive light within the room.

We can advise at an early stage on whether your project requires a Party Wall Notice under the Party Wall Act 1996 and can help you with Party Wall agreements, notices and advice.
